Representative Jim Hill was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives in 2014. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the Cumberland School of Law. He served as a Circuit Judge for the 16th Judicial Circuit for 18 years before retiring to run for the House. He is a member of the St. Clair County Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar.
